Submitting a notice

If you believe material available through this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material, and your contact details.

A valid notice should include a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and an electronic or physical signature.

Counter notices

If material is removed after a takedown notice, the affected contributor may submit a counter notice if they believe the removal was mistaken or the material was misidentified.

Valid counter notices should include the removed material identification, contact information, consent to jurisdiction where required, and a signed statement under penalty of perjury.
